1. Realise

First of all we want to ensure that we are all working from the core outwards. We discuss your vision, values and mission to provide ourselves with the best understanding of the needs. We serve as a creative thinktank but always stay a critical partner. Gaining insight in your audience' needs and your own needs is critical to all following steps.

2. Inventorise

You probably have already started with some activities on the web. Be it an outdated website, be it a facebook fanpage, it is all relevant and gives us more insight in your needs but also your compatibility and knowledge of the web. If any data is at hand we will analyse this to serve as a guideline for the strategy. In some cases this may even lead to alterations of the initial strategy you had in mind though it is then funded on a solid understanding of your situation and capabilities.

3. Strategise

We will set out a strategy for all your internet related activities. This can but will almost never be limited to your website alone as your brand should emphasise your identity in similar ways everywhere on the web. The strategy will be merged with your business strategies as they are ultimately intertwined. Your internet strategy will serve as our game plan for all other steps.

4. Brand

As you will never only operate on one spot, nor will your audience, numerous platforms and services they use will most likely have to be used to engage with them. We define these platforms and services needed to connect to your audience and set out goals and guidelines to use them.

5. Integrate

To enhance the usability as well as provide a consistent cross medial branding we have put a lot of our time into integrations with other webservices. A complete list is provided in our features section. This will form the basis of your internet imperium and lets you easily manage it!

6. Design

We see design as a core issue of well performed branding and serious webdevelopment on your presence in the digital world. We work together with experienced designers thus ensuring you the quality required for your needs. Every design is of course tailored perfectly to your wishes. We don't do standard templates and quicky remakes: we thoroughly build from scratch.

7. Create

As young startup we create almost al needen inhouse using the same webservices you will be using in the future. During the creation process we will set several contact moments for you to control the process and give us feedback. We then use this to tweak our designs, integrations and creations to maximum extend of your wishes.

8. Implement

Having set all seperate particles ready it is time to bring them all together and form a whole. Integrating and implementing all webservices is a crucial part of the usability. This is also the part in which most of the errors will occur so we therefore spend a lot of time assuring and reassuring ourselves this is all set correctly.

9. Secure

In nowadays webtraffic lives can be ended just as quick as on the corner of your street. Providing a secure environment for you, your audience and ourselves is one of our primary concerns. This stage marks the shutting of all unnecessary (after development) openings to your webactivities and setting the security parameter, not something unimportant!

10. Launch

Finally, the day we have all been waiting for endlessly sees its first sunlight. This is the day we will launch your new website and possible other brand affiliated services. We aim to minimise the launch to one day with a maximum of a week.

11. Publish

Now it's your turn! You now have all the tools to manage the complete presence of your brand on the web. Of course we will provide you with back up support when needed, especially in the first month after implementation. If you wish we can also provide continuous support and if neccesary even take over the management proces. Included is a basic training of the systems used to provide your webpresence. This can be extended with extensive training for your employees. This stage should not be confused with the actual use by your audience.

12. Attract

When everything is set all you need is an audience. By using your complete web empire to its full extent an audience will soon visit your website. We provide a range of underlying services combined under the emarketing name. We can provide you with tools if we have not done so previously. We will set up complete campaigns including advertisements and banners on affiliate pages.

13. Use

Your audience is now using the tools we have provided you with to find its way to the places we determined on forehand in the strategy. Now your Return-On-Investment starts to gain traction and you will find yourself enjoying the effectiveness of the web. For you this is a moment to relax and enjoy!

12. Analyse

To be able to analyse quickly and with low input is the most important feature of the internet and thereby making it so very interesting to invest in it. We see analysing your webactivities as a continuous part of responsibility. We will track the traffic to and from your website at no extra charge and will at times if appropriate dispense critical issues and tips and tricks. This gives you the opportunity to monitor your brand and be able te rapidly follow interesting leads in trends and news.

13. Maintain

The most important of all services we provide is maintainance. As the world population becomes smarter and smarter everyday the chances of breaking through your carefully designed and largely invested web empirium is greater than ever.
